KATIE LOUISE RUTHERFORD
Katie is the Company Director and Talent Agent here at KR Management, Reece our fellow agent and herself work together to ensure kids are being represented fairly and being seen by casting directors throughout the UK and internationally.
Katie has trained in both Drama and Dance from a young age, as a teenager she trained at some of Scotland’s top institutions including RCS and then went onto achieve her BA Hons Drama and Dance from the University of Cumbria in 2017. Katie has experience throughout the industry as a young performer and has just recently finished her first Professional Musical Theatre Tour.
Katie is extremely passionate about the potential of talented Scottish Children being opened to bigger opportunities in the industry and is extremely excited for what is ahead for all KRM Tots, Kids and Teens.

Reece Donnelly, Talent Agent and Drama Coach has been in the industry since the age of 6 securing a TV role with CBBC, it has been a contestant journey since then working with professionally on projects like: Carrie & Davids Popshop (CBBC), Waterloo Road (BBC), Citizens Theatre, Pavilion Theatre, Happy Days UK Tour (Scottish Leg), T-Mobile (Commercial) - Reece has extensive knowledge as a voice over artists for clients like NHS & Nickelodeon.
Reece attended various youth theatre and stage schools as a kid and securing his first professional job at six years old he continued to train and develop his own skills, through secondary school he attended intense night time classes and then finally went on to train full time. Obtaining a BA(Hons) in Drama from the University of Sunderland. A degree which not only covers performing but teaching the academics of Drama, from the theory to directing and of course intense studying of practitioners. However, the passion for Reece was in teaching TV and Film, in 2016 Reece was booked teaching TV/Film workshops around various stage schools and KR Management and then decided to set up our sister company, Theatre School of Scotland to provide a platform for kids to come in train and work towards their dreams within the industry.
